Dining at High Altitude
The "Cene in quota" (Dining at High Altitude) series at the Belvedere of Palazzo Lombardia concluded with a signature dinner by Peter Brunel. The final evening also featured Tino Vettorello and pastry chef Loretta Fanella, marking the end of the project dedicated to promoting Italian gastronomic excellence ahead of the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympics.

The evening was also sponsored by Casa Bugatti, which presented its new spoon-fork—an object designed to blend functionality with aesthetic research. In addition to using it to enjoy the risotto, all guests were able to take their own spoon home.
