Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 170 gr green Apple
  • 80 gr Fennel
  • 240 gr Pineapple
  • 50 gr Milk
  • 150 gr Ice cubes
Preparation for 4 persons step
Cut the apple, the fennel and the pineapple in big pieces.

Then insert all the ingredients into Vento jar:
Fennel: 80 gr (2,8 Oz)
Apple: 170 gr (5,95 Oz)
Pineapple: 240 gr (8,4 Oz)
Ice cubes: 150 gr (5,25 Oz)
Milk: 50 gr (1,75 Oz)
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.
Vento is blending for 30 seconds at speed 10
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.
Vento is blending for 1 minute at speed 50
Now press STOP to end the blending.
Pour the smoothie and enjoy your day!
