Yellow pepper, tomatoes, carrot, dried tomatoes, cashew and fresh basil to make this vegetable soup... healthy, tasty and a easy way to recharge your body with all the nutritionals of the vegetables!

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 15 ml Olive oil
  • 2 nr Carrots
  • 200 ml Vegetable Fond
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt
  • 4 nr Tomatoes
  • Pepper
  • 1 nr Yellow pepper
  • 2 nr Dried tomatoes
  • 10 gr Cashew
Preparation for 4 persons step

Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the recipe:

Yellow pepper: 1 nr
Tomatoes: 4 nr
Carrots: 2 nr
Dried tomatoes: 2 nr
Cashew: 1 tablespoon
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Vegetable Fond: 200 ml (0,8 cups)
Salt
Pepper
Fresh basil

Take the vegetables and rinse them.
Then, cut the pepper, the fresh tomatoes and the carrots and put them into the jar.
Add the vegetable fond, the cashews and the dried tomatoes.

Use the PULSE function for 6 times, 1 second each one, pushing on VENTO knob
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Increases VENTO speed up to 60 in 5 seconds

Blend at speed 60 for 9 minutes

Add the basil and season the soup to taste with salt and pepper. Then, pour the olive oil into the jar.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend at speed 60 for 10 seconds

Your vegetable soup is ready to eat!
