A vegan alternative to the well known mayonnaise...a lighter way to accompain your healthy meals!

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 15 ml Olive oil
  • 100 ml Soymilk
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 200 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 10 gr Mustard
  • 0.5 nr Garlic clove
Preparation for 4 persons step

Prepare all the ingredients to make the recipe:

Garlic clove: 1/2 nr
Soymilk: 100 ml (0,4 cups)
Rapeseed oil: 200 ml (0,8 cups)
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
Mustard: 1 tablespoon
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 2 gr (0,07 Oz)
Pepper: 2 gr (0,07 Oz)
Take the garlic, peel it and put all the ingredients into the jar.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend at speed 55 for 30 seconds
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Pour the mayonnaise, taste it and add some salt and pepper if necessary.
Then enjoy it!
