  • 200 gr Tuna fillet
  • 200 gr Courgettes
  • 100 gr Red Chicory
  • 5 ml Olive oil
  • 5 gr Pepper
  • 5 gr Salt
  • 1 nr Tomato
  • 2 nr Cooking bags
Preparation for 2 persons step
Take the courgettes, wash them, sprinkle them and cut them into slices.
Take a double-pocket cooking bag and put courgettes on one side, season with salt and oil.
Take the radish, cut the root, wash the leaves. Place the radish in the other pocket of the cooking bag, salt and season with a little oil.
Place the bag on the Noun lift.
Noun will cook for 6 minutes at 250° C /482 ° F

Take the piece of tuna and cut a slice.
The tuna fillet must be only one slice, 2/3 cm (0.7/1.2 inches) thick.
Place the slice in a cooking bag with oil and salt.
Noun will cook for 3 minutes at 275° C /527 ° F
