The white miso is sweeter than the traditional one.
It has a different taste than the traditional, more delicate.
This is a dish absolutely out of the ordinary, to be proposed when we want to bring to the table an appetizer or an orginal second dish; during the holidays is perfect.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 20 gr Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 200 gr Tofu
  • 2,5 gr Salt
  • 100 gr Walnut
  • 40 gr sweet Miso
  • 30 gr Spring onion
Preparation for 4 persons step

Place the walnuts into Vento jar.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend at speed 20 for 20 seconds
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Set the walnuts aside.

Blanch the tofu in boiling water for a few minutes, then place into Vento jar and add salt, extra virgin olive oil and sweet miso.

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend at speed 30 for 30 seconds
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Add the chopped walnuts to the tofu and miso mixture in a bowl.

Place the paté in a small bowl covered with transparent film. Make firm in the fridge.

Decorate with spring onion and walnuts.
