- • 20 gr Extra Virgin Olive oil
- • 2,5 gr Salt
- • 200 gr Tofu
- • 100 gr Walnut
- • 40 gr sweet Miso
- • 30 gr Spring onion
Blanch the tofu in boiling water for a few minutes, then place into Vento jar and add salt, extra virgin olive oil and sweet miso.
Place the patÃ© in a small bowl covered with transparent film. Make firm in the fridge.
Decorate with spring onion and walnuts.
