Vegan ice-cream made with strawberries, cashewes, dates, baobab powder and lucuma...the best way to end a meal with friends or to make a break during the day!

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 2 nr Dates
  • 400 gr Strawberries
  • 15 gr Baobab powder
  • 7 gr Lucuma
  • 100 gr Cashew
Preparation for 4 persons step

Prepare all the ingredients to make the recipe:

Cashew: 100 gr (3,5 Oz)
Dates: 2 nr
Baobab powder:1 tablespoon
Lucuma: 1/2 tablespoon
frozen Strawberries: 400 gr (14 Oz)
Take the cashew and the dates and put them into the jar.
Add the Baobab powder and the Lucuma.
At last add the frozen strawberries.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend at speed 50 for 60 seconds
While Vento is blending tamp, with the stirrer stick through the hole, the strawberries towards the blades.
Now press STOP to end the blending.
