A vegan frozen yoghurt with strawberries and goji berries, to be served as a dessert in the summer!

Among the macronutrients, more abounded are carbohydrates, which consist mostly of fructose. Strawberries also have a high content of minerals and vitamins: phosphorus, potassium, calcium and iron, vitamins A, B1, B2, and C.
- • 300 gr Strawberries
- • 15 gr Goji berries
- • 2 nr Dates
- • 500 ml Rice milk
- • 15 gr Lucuma
- • 15 gr Baobab powder
- • Fresh mint to taste

Strawberries: 300 gr (10,5 Oz)
Dates: 2 nr
Goji berries: 1 tablespoon
Rice milk: 500 ml (2 cups)
Lucuma: 1 tablespoon
Baobab powder: 1 tablespoon
Fresh mint to taste
Take all of them and insert them into the jar.
