A vegan frozen yoghurt with strawberries and goji berries, to be served as a dessert in the summer!

Did you know that…strawberries are a tasty fruit, low in calories: pulp consists of 90% water and bring only 33 kcal per serving of 100 g. Among the macronutrients, more abounded are carbohydrates, which consist mostly of fructose. Strawberries also have a high content of minerals and vitamins: phosphorus, potassium, calcium and iron, vitamins A, B1, B2, and C.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 15 gr Goji berries
  • 2 nr Dates
  • 300 gr Strawberries
  • 15 gr Baobab powder
  • 500 ml Rice milk
  • Fresh mint to taste
  • 15 gr Lucuma
Preparation for 4 persons step

Prepare all the ingredients to make the recipe:

Strawberries: 300 gr (10,5 Oz)
Dates: 2 nr
Goji berries: 1 tablespoon
Rice milk: 500 ml (2 cups)
Lucuma: 1 tablespoon
Baobab powder: 1 tablespoon
Fresh mint to taste

Take all of them and insert them into the jar.
