  • 3 gr Balsamic vinegar
  • 140 gr Onion
  • 2 nr Cooking bag
  • 120 gr Belgian lettuce
  • 160 gr Aubergine
  • 2 gr Salt
  • 100 gr Tomatoes
  • 2 gr Pepper
  • 160 gr Courgettes
Preparation for 4 persons step

Let' s start our recipe!

Take the aubergine and cut a slice 1.5/2 cm thick.
Put it into the cooking bag.
Season it with extra virgin olive oil.

Aubergine: 160 gr (5,6 Oz)

Place the cooking bag with the aubergine on Noun lift
Push ON on NOUN display
Well done! Now push on COOKING button on NOUN display.
Set on the display the desired cooking time.
Set the temperature display.
Good, now press START on NOUN display.

While Noun is cooking: take the onion, peel it and cut a slice 1.5/2 cm thick.

Remove the bag from the lift and take out the aubergine.

Take the slice of onion and put it into the cooking bag.
Season with extra virgin olive oil.

Onion: 140 gr (4,9 Oz)

Take the Belgian lettuce leaves and put it into the cooking bag.
Season with extra virgin olive oil and salt.

While Noun is cooking: Take the tomato and cut a slice 2 cm thick.

Take the slice of tomato and put it into the cooking bag.
Season with extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Tomatoes: 100 gr (3,5 Oz)

While Vento is cooking: cut the courgette (zucchini) in half.

Cut the vegetables in your favourite way and put everything in a bowl.

Season with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste and serve!
