  • 60 gr Spinach
  • 10 gr Honey
  • 1 nr Pear
  • 1 nr Banana
  • 235 gr Almond Milk
  • 100 gr Greek yogurt
Preparation for 2 persons step

Spinach: 60 gr (0,24 cups / 2,1 Oz)
Almond Milk: 235 gr (0,94 cups / 8,225 Oz)

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 30 seconds at speed 55 (14000 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Now place into the blender all the remaining ingredients

Pears: 1 nr
Honey: 10 gr (0,67 tablespoon / 0,35 Oz)
Greek yogurt: 100 gr (0,4 cups / 3,5 Oz)
Bananas: 1 nr

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 45 seconds at speed 55 (14000 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.
