The “Salame al cioccolato” is a beloved dessert, known all over Italy, with some variations from region to region. Quick and easy to prepare, it is very tasty and suitable for every occasion.

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 3 nr Egg
  • 150 gr Dark chocolate (60%)
  • 50 gr Butter
  • 150 gr Plain biscuits
  • 50 gr shelled Walnuts
Preparation for 4 persons step

  • 150 g (5.3 oz) dark chocolate (60%)
    3 eggs
    100 g (3.5 oz) sugar
    50 g (1.8 oz) butter
    150 g (5.3 oz) plain biscuits
    50 g (1.8 oz) shelled walnuts

    Break the chocolate into pieces and put it into the Vento jar.
    Add the eggs, the sugar and the butter.

    100 g (3.5 oz) sugar
    50 g (1.8 oz) butter
    150 g (5.3 oz) plain biscuits
    50 g (1.8 oz) shelled walnuts

    Break the chocolate into pieces and put it into the Vento jar.
    Add the eggs, the sugar and the butter.
    Sugar: 100 gr (3,5 Oz)
    Egg: 3 nr
    Dark chocolate (60%): 150 gr (5,25 Oz)
    Butter: 50 gr (1,75 Oz)
  • 150 g (5.3 oz) dark chocolate (60%)
    3 eggs
    100 g (3.5 oz) sugar
    50 g (1.8 oz) butter
    150 g (5.3 oz) plain biscuits
    50 g (1.8 oz) shelled walnuts

    Break the chocolate into pieces and put it into the Vento jar.
    Add the eggs, the sugar and the butter.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 45 seconds at speed 30 (9000 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Crush the biscuits coarsely and add to the chocolate mix with the shelled walnuts.
Plain biscuits: 150 gr (5,25 Oz)
shelled Walnuts: 50 gr (1,75 Oz)
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 10 seconds at speed 24 (7000 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Good! Your "Salame al cioccolato" is ready!
Serve in slices, sprinkled with icing sugar and cocoa powder.
