Rice flour Pancakes : an idea borrowed from the Oriental cuisine for an original, but tasty dinner using flour from whole grains.
- • 25 gr Olive oil
- • 350 gr Water
- • 40 gr Ginger
- • 5 gr Salt
- • 140 gr White Rice
- • 20 gr Sweet chili
- • 20 gr Shallot
- • 3 gr Cumin
- • 120 ml Soy yoghurt

Lightly beat with a fork or a whisk until it is smooth and creamy.
Add 350 grams of water, stirring well.
Put the rice (140 gr) in the Vento jar.

Now add:
slowly soy yogurt and the water of the bowl
Salt: 5 gr (0,175 Oz)
Olive oil: 25 gr (0,875 Oz)
Ginger: 40 gr (1,4 Oz)

Place over medium heat a frying pan with a teaspoon of oil.
Take a quantity of batter with a ladle (there will be about 70 ml).
Pour it into the pan, letting it spread to form a 15 cm diameter disc.
Cook for 2 minutes, or until the bottom is golden.
Turn and also cook the other side for 2 minutes.
Transfer the pancakes on a plate by one spatula.
You can fold it in half or quarters.
Every time you prepare a disk, first mix the batter in the bowl.
It goes well with legume creams, spicy chutney, vegetables and gardener.
