They’re pretty. They’re healthy. They’re dense and sweet, so one bite will satisfy you but never make you feel guilty. And you shouldn’t hold back from making them, either, since they’re done in a matter of minutes.

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 200 gr Dates
  • 50 gr Almonds
  • 30 ml Coconut oil
  • 50 gr Cashew
Preparation for 4 persons step

Prepare all the ingredients to make the recipe:

Almonds: 50 gr (1,75 Oz)
Cashew: 50 gr (1,75 Oz)
Dates: 200 gr (7 Oz)
Coconut oil: 30 ml (2,01 tablespoon)

TIP: add some amaranth pops to the dough if you like it. That makes the balls a bit more crunchy.
Take almonds and cashew and insert them into the jar.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend at speed 60 (15000 Rounds Per Minute) for 45 seconds.
Now press STOP to end the blending.

When the blender stops, remove the jar and pour the nuts into a bowl.

TIP: add some amaranth pops to the nut flour if you like. That makes the balls a bit more crunchy.

Then, replace the empty jar on the blender and fill it with dates and coconut oil.

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend at speed 50 for 20 seconds.
While Vento is blending add the nut flour.
With the stirrer stick tamp the dough towards the blades until it is smooth.
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Remove the dough from the jar and roll it into around 20 balls.
