Gazpacho was invented for hot, humid days of summer when the very idea of setting a pot over a burner has us reaching for another glass of lemonade. There are a million and one versions of gazpacho out there, all equally easy to whip up and all equally perfect for a hazy summer night.
Gazpacho is what you make it. Start with the basic ingredients, then let yourself get creative with whatever you like.
- • 400 gr Tomatoes
- • 1 nr small Cucumber
- • Basil, grinded
- • 80 gr Onion
- • 100 ml Extra virgin Olive oil
- • 2 gr Salt
- • 2 gr Pepper

Take the cucumber, peel it and cut it in half.
Take the onion, peel it and divide it in 4 pieces.
Take the ingredients mentioned above and put them into the jar.
Then, add the missing ingredients:
grinded basil;
extra virgin olive oil;
salt and pepper to taste.
