- • 300 gr lukewarm Water
- • 4 nr Basil leaves
- • 4 gr fresh brewer's yeast
- • 20 gr Salt
- • 700 gr Tomato sauce
- • 600 gr "0" type flour
- • 600 gr Mozzarella cheese - "Fiordilatte" or "Bufala"

- Prepare all the ingredients and start the recipe.
Ingredients for the dough:
"0" type flour; 600 gr (21 Oz)
Water: 300 gr (10,5 Oz)
Salt: 15 gr (0,5 Oz)
Yeast: 4 gr (0,14 Oz)
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Ingredients for the sauce:
Tomato sauce: 700 gr (24,5 Oz)
Mozzarella cheese: 600 gr (21 Oz)
Basil: 4 nr
Salt
Extra Virgin Olive oil: 20 gr (0,7 Oz)

Melt the yeast into 150 gr of lukewarm water and mix properly. Then melt the salt (15 gr - 0,5 oz) into the other 150 gr of water and mix.
Place the flour and the water with salt into Vento jar.
