The sirloin with pink pepper is a very fine second plate to be prepared quickly and is ideal for a tasty dinner.

Usually, the fillet of beef should be prepared with green pepper, but the idea of cooking with pink pepper is to obtain a more delicate flavour.

Ingredients for 2 persons
  • 40 gr extra virgin Olive oil
  • 1 nr Cooking bag
  • 360 gr Beef sirloin
  • 4 gr Salt
  • 5 gr coarse Salt
  • 5 gr pink Pepper
  • 2 nr Bread slices
  • 10 gr Rocket salad
Preparation for 2 persons step

Take the sirloin (360 gr/ 12,6 Oz) and remove all the nerves.

Season the meat with pepper, salt and extra virgin olive oil and place it into the cooking bag.

Then, place the cooking bag on NOUN's lift.

Noun will cook at 275°C (527 °F) for 3 minutes.
Well done! Now push on COOKING button on NOUN display.
Set the temperature display.
Set on the display the desired cooking time.

While the meat is cooking, prepare the rocket salad on a plate. Crack the pink peppercorns and add coarse salt.

Take a slide of white bread and place it next to the salad.

Take the sirloin and cut it in slices, then place it on the bread.
Season with the previously prepared mix of pink pepper and coarse salt and garnish with some drops of extra virgin olive oil.
