The sirloin with pink pepper is a very fine second plate to be prepared quickly and is ideal for a tasty dinner.
Usually, the fillet of beef should be prepared with green pepper, but the idea of cooking with pink pepper is to obtain a more delicate flavour.
- • 40 gr extra virgin Olive oil
- • 4 gr Salt
- • 5 gr coarse Salt
- • 5 gr pink Pepper
- • 1 nr Cooking bag
- • 360 gr Beef sirloin
- • 2 nr Bread slices
- • 10 gr Rocket salad

Season the meat with pepper, salt and extra virgin olive oil and place it into the cooking bag.
Then, place the cooking bag on NOUN's lift.

Take a slide of white bread and place it next to the salad.

Season with the previously prepared mix of pink pepper and coarse salt and garnish with some drops of extra virgin olive oil.
