A tasty dish made with NOUN, perfect served with apple sauce (see recipe to be made with VENTO).

Ingredients for 2 persons
  • 20 gr Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 5 gr Salt
  • 2 nr Cooking bag
  • 450 gr Duck breast
  • 140 gr Endive salad
Preparation for 2 persons step

Clean the duck breast and notch a grid into the skin.
Place in the cooking bag and season to taste with oil and salt.
Put the bag on the NOUN lift.
Push ON on NOUN display
Well done! Now push on COOKING button on NOUN display.
Set on the display the desired cooking time.
Set the temperature display.
Good, now press START on NOUN display.
NOUN emits 3 "bips". Please, keep CLOSE button pressed until the heating elements reach the food.

Meanwhile, wash the endive and cut it in half lengthwise.
Place in the cooking bag and season to taste with oil and salt.
Put the bag on the NOUN lift.
Well done! Now push on COOKING button on NOUN display.

Set the temperature display.
Good, now press START on NOUN display.

Slice the duck breast and arrange on the dish, as desired, with endive salad.
Decorate with grains of pink pepper and the apple sauce prepared with Vento.
