A cool granite-cocktail for an aperitif on the terrace!

Ingredients for 2 persons
  • 250 gr Ice cubes
  • 100 ml Liquid cane sugar
  • 250 gr Pink Grapefruit
  • 50 ml Campari bitter
Preparation for 2 persons step

Peel the pink grapefruit, also lift the white part, then cut it into clumps.
Insert into the Vento Jar:
Pink Grapefruit: 250 gr (8,75 Oz)
Campari bitter: 50 ml (0,2 cups \ 3,35 tablespoon)
Liquid cane sugar: 100 ml (0,4 cups \ 6,7 tablespoon)
Ice cubes: 250 gr (8,75 Oz)
