Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 20 ml Olive oil
  • 300 gr Broccoli
  • 50 gr Almonds
  • 2 gr Salt
  • 2 gr Pepper
Preparation for 4 persons step

Scald broccoli in boiling water for a few minutes, so it stays crisp.
Then cut the broccoli into florets and add it into the Vento jar together with
Almonds (50 gr/1,75 Oz) a pinch of salt and pepper and 20 ml of olive oil.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend with Vento at speed 20 for 45 seconds.
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Your pesto is ready!
The compound should not be too homogeneous to enhance the different flavours.
You can season whole grain pasta, and if you want to cook it in the oven.
Or serve it on whole bread croutons, as an excellent appetizer, or second, accompanied by sliced vegetables.
