The peanut butter is a tasty cream, derived from the seeds of peanut roasted and ground, and a typical American snack.
You can enjoy it at all hours, at breakfast or in the afternoon,it is often coated in a sandwich together with the jam of blackberries or strawberries.

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 2 persons
  • 110 gr Salted Peanuts
  • 100 gr Cashew
Preparation for 2 persons step

Place in the jar 200 gr cashew, 220 gr peanut

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 60 seconds at speed 14 (3000 Rounds Per Minute).

Now press stop to end the blending.

Mix with the stirrer stick from the hole in the lid.

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 60 seconds at speed 60 (15000 Rounds Per Minute).

Now press stop to end the blending.

Store in a jar ( not in the fridge) and enjoy it spread on a bread slice!
