Peaches are among the most succulent and delicious fruit available during the summer, but are also a very healthy food: they are rich in essential nutrients for our body and contain antioxidants that protect us from the negative effects that free radicals have on skin and organs of our body . They are also an important source of vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium and iron .
Peaches have diuretic and purifying properties. The advice is to consume fresh peaches, such as in fruit salads and smoothies , but also in the preparation of sweet light and healthy summer desserts. Combined with other fresh fruit, peaches are one of the best ways to start the day!

To make the recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 350 gr Ice cubes
  • 150 gr Strawberries
  • 2 nr pitted Peaches
  • 1 nr Bananas
  • 100 ml Orange juice
Preparation for 4 persons step

Let's take the ingredients and insert into the Vento jar:
Ice cubes: 350 gr (12,25 Oz)
Strawberries: 150 gr (5,25 Oz)
Peaches: 2 nr
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 10 seconds at speed 50 (13000 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Remove the measuring filler cup from the lid and insert through the hole:
Bananas: 1 nr
Orange juice: 100 ml (0,4 cups)
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 20 seconds at speed 20 (5400 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.
