Dates have many beneficial properties including those anti-inflammatory and energetic. They contain potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, calcium, sodium. The vitamins found in dates are: vitamin A, vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, vitamin K and J. Dates constitute an energy food, which replenish minerals and are therefore recommended to those who practice sports, for children and for those who live a very active life.

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 110 gr Coconut water
  • 70 gr Dates
  • 370 gr Peach (Saturn kind)
Preparation for 4 persons step

370 g (13.1 oz) white peaches (Saturn peaches are ideal)
110 g (3.9 oz) coconut water
70 g (2.5 oz) fresh dates
Place the dates into the Vento jar.

Pulse the ingredients: push on the knob and keep pushed for 4 seconds (speed 60 - 15000 Rounds Per Minute).
Repeat the pulse function: push on the knob and keep pushed for 4 seconds.

Add the peach flesh and the coconut water into the Vento jar.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 45 seconds at speed 30 (9000 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.
