Ingredients for 6 persons
  • 90 g di melone sbucciato
  • 120 g di arancia sbucciata a vivo
  • 100 g di pera sbucciata
  • 50 g di carote già pulite a pezzetti
  • 50 g di broccoli a pezzetti
  • 120 ml di latte di soia
  • 100 g di uva nera sgranata e lavata

Let's put all the ingredients into the Vento jar:
120 g of orange, peeled
100 g of purple grapes, washed and shelled
90 g of melon, washed and shelled
150 g of strawberries, washed and without stalk
100 g of pear, peedel and cut into little cubes
50 g of carrots, cut into little cubes
50 g of broccoli, cut into little cubes
120 ml of soy milk
200 g of ice cubes
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 20 seconds at speed 14 (3000 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Remove the measuring filler cup from the lid, insert the stirrer stick through the hole and mix the smoothie.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 10 seconds at speed 30 (9000 Rounds Per Minute).

Increase the speed up to 60 (15000 Rounds Per Minute) and blend for 60 seconds.
Now press STOP to end the blending.
