On hot summer evenings, gazpacho makes a great first course or a tasty main dish when coupled with a fresh salad.

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 90 gr ice cubes
  • 300 gr Melon
  • 2,5 gr Salt
  • 2,5 gr Paprika
Preparation for 4 persons step

  • Let's prepare all the ingredients!

    300 g (10.6 oz) melon
    90 g (3.2 oz) ice cubes
    2.5 g (0.1 oz) salt
    2.5 g (0.1 oz) hot paprika
    20 g (0.7 oz) extra virgin olive oil

  • Let's prepare all the ingredients!

    300 g (10.6 oz) melon
    90 g (3.2 oz) ice cubes

    20 g (0.7 oz) extra virgin olive oil


Wash the melon and scoop out 300 g of flesh.

Add to the Vento jar along with the ice cubes.

WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

  • Blend at speed 60 (15000 Rounds Per Minute) for 30 seconds.

Now press STOP to end the blending.

  • Add the salt and the paprika to taste.

Blend for 10 seconds at speed 4 (1000 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Serve the gazpacho in a cup or a bowl, accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables or sticks of cheese. Garnish the dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
