For an easy breakfast or snack, try our Mediterranean cocktail: all the flavors of fresh basil, combined with lime!

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 1 cupo of ice cubes
  • 480 ml cold Water
  • 20 gr Basil leaves
  • 80 gr peeled and seeded Lime
  • 50 gr Brown sugar
Preparation for 4 persons step

2 cups (480 ml) of cold water
80 g peeled and seeded lime
50 g brown sugar
20 g Basil leaves
1 cup of ice cubes

Peel and remove the seeds from the lime.

Place into the Vento jar: - 2 cups ( 480 ml) of cold water - 50 gr ( 1/4 cup) sugar cane
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend at speed 6 (1400 Rounds Per Minute) for 10 seconds.

Now press stop to end the blending.

Place into the Vento jar:
-20 g Basil leaves
-1 cup of ice cubes
- 80 g peeled and seeded lime
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend at speed 24 (7000 Rounds Per Minute) for 30 seconds.

Increase the speed up to 50 (13000 Rounds Per Minute) and blend for 40 seconds.

Now press stop to end the blending.
