An ice-cream made with delicious and beautiful fruits; to start the summer with a fresh dessert, perfect for the family and funny for children.

NOTE: to prepare this dessert, remind to freeze the ingredients the day before.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 400 ml Soy milk
  • 80 gr Brown sugar
  • 20 gr Lemon juice
  • 200 gr Mango
  • 200 gr Papaya
Preparation for 4 persons step

Peel the fruit and remove the seeds; then cut the fruit into cubes and place into the freezer.
Pour the soy milk to make cubes and freeze it.

When the ingredients are frozen, start the recipe.

Insert the brown sugar into Vento jar.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend at speed 20 for 30 seconds.
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Place into Vento jar the frozen mango, the frozen papaya, the frozen soy milk and the lemon juice.

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend at speed 60 for 1 minute.
If needed, help yourself with the stirrer stick.
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend at speed 30 for 20 seconds.
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Place the ice-cream into small bowls and enjoy immediately!
