Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 40 ml Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 280 gr Tofu
  • 50 gr Parsley
  • 100 gr Red onion
  • 200 gr boiled Lentils
  • 200 gr Azuki beans
Preparation for 4 persons step

Prepare all the ingredients to make the recipe.
Place the onion into Vento jar.

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend at speed 30 for 30 minutes
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Pour a little olive oil into a pan and add the freshly chopped onion. Softly fry and add the boiled legumes.
Cook for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, scald the tofu in boiling water for 5 minutes.

When everything is ready, insert it into Vento jar:
legumes cooked with onion
tofu in pieces
extra virgin olive oil
parsley

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento is blending at speed 40 for 40 seconds
Now press STOP to end the blending.

With the dough form balls as large as a walnut.
Leave to rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
Serve!
