Rich in vitamin C (it has higher percentage than oranges), the kiwi is a great ally against cold and cough, even in case of flu. Diuretic and laxative, purifies the body due to the large intake of fibers.
The kiwi is not a fruit too caloric because it contains about 60 calories per 100 grams of product. Rich in antioxidants, kiwis are not lacking in calcium, phosphorus and potassium, essential to ward off fatigue and give the kiwi the typical refreshing taste. Thanks to all these properties, this fruit does well to various diseases, among which: diabetes; cholesterol; anemia; nervous system.
Combined with spinach and pineapple to create a healthy smoothie suitable for everyone and recommended all year long.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 100 gr Spinach
  • 100 gr Kiwis
  • 240 ml Pineapple juice
Preparation for 4 persons step

Peel the kiwis and cut them in pieces.
Insert the following ingredients into the Vento jar:
Spinach: 100 gr (3,5 Oz)
Kiwis: 100 gr (3,5 Oz)
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 20 seconds at speed 20 (5400 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Remove the measuring filler cup from the lid and add to the mixture:
Pineapple juice: 240 ml (0,96 cups)
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 10 seconds at speed 15 (3400 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.
