Mango is very rich of nutrients: water and many minerals, especially calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium and magnesium. What makes the mango the "king of fruits”, is the presence of lupeol (powerful antioxidant) and vitamins A , B (almost all the B vitamins, especially B6), C, D, E, J (or choline) and vitamin K.

Taste this refreshing drink…smooth, creamy, and absolutely heavenly!

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 50 gr Sugar
  • 235 gr plain Yogurt
  • 100 gr Ice cubes
  • 350 gr Mango
Preparation for 4 persons step

Take the Mango, peel it and cut it into pieces.
Insert into the Vento blender:
Ice cubes: 100 gr (3,5 Oz)
Mango: 350 gr (12,25 Oz)

Vento function PULSE: Keep the knob pushed for 8 seconds (speed 60 - 15000 Rounds Per Minute)!

Remove the measuring filler cup from the lid and insert into the jar:
Sugar: 50 gr (1,75 Oz)
Yogurt: 235 gr (8,225 Oz)
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 15 seconds at speed 15 (3400 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.
