Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 40 gr Dates
  • 50 gr Pears
  • 300 ml Rice milk
  • 100 gr Kiwis
  • 150 gr Bananas
  • 30 gr dried Blueberry
  • 15 gr Dried coconut
  • 5 gr Green tea powder
Preparation for 4 persons step

Peel bananas and kiwis then cut into pieces with the pears.
Place into Vento jar:
Bananas: 150 gr (5,25 Oz)
Kiwis: 100 gr (3,5 Oz)
Pears: 50 gr (1,75 Oz)
Blueberry: 30 gr (1,05 Oz)
Dates: 40 gr (1,4 Oz)
Dried coconut: 15 gr (0,525 Oz)
Green tea powder: 5 gr (0,175 Oz)
Rice milk: 300 ml (1,2 cups)
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend at speed 20 for 30 seconds
Now press STOP to end the blending.
