Coriander chutney: a special recipe to amaze our guests with simple but very special flavors suitable for everyone.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 20 ml Water
  • 20 gr fresh Ginger
  • 20 gr Lemon juice
  • 3 gr Salt
  • 20 gr Soy yoghurt
  • 70 gr Coriander
  • 20 gr Green chili peppers
Preparation for 4 persons step

Wash the coriander and cut into big pieces.
Place the ingredients into Vento jar:
Coriander: 70 gr (2,45 Oz)
Lemon juice: 20 gr (0,7 Oz)
Green chili peppers: 20 gr (0,7 Oz)
Ginger: 20 gr (0,7 Oz)
Soy yoghurt: 20 gr (0,7 Oz)
Water: 20 ml (0,08 cups)
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend at speed 40 for 40 seconds
Now press STOP to end the blending.

At the end of the blending mix the cream with the spatula and reposition at the bottom.
Add the salt.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Now press STOP to end the blending.

Pour into a bowl and serve!
