This smoothie, where spinach is combined with banana, dates and chia seeds, gives the right energy to face the day!
To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.
- • 350 ml Water
- • 2 nr Dates
- • 100 gr Baby spinach
- • 15 gr Chia seeds
- • 15 gr Chlorella powder
- • 2 nr Bananas
- take the spinach, wash them and put them in the jar;
- cut the bananas and the dates and put them on the top of the spinach;
- add the Chia seeds, the Chlorella and the water.
