Spinach is an excellent source of many vitamins , minerals and plant components: vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K1, folate (vitamin B9), iron, calcium, potassium, lutein, kaempferol, quercetin, zeaxanthin.
The consumption of spinach has been associated with several beneficial effects on the body, such as: reduction of oxidative stress; improved eye health; aid in the prevention of cancer; regulation of blood pressure levels.
This smoothie, where spinach is combined with banana, dates and chia seeds, gives the right energy to face the day!

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 350 ml Water
  • 2 nr Dates
  • 100 gr Baby spinach
  • 15 gr Chia seeds
  • 15 gr Chlorella powder
  • 2 nr Bananas
Preparation for 4 persons step

Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the recipe:
- take the spinach, wash them and put them in the jar;
- cut the bananas and the dates and put them on the top of the spinach;
- add the Chia seeds, the Chlorella and the water.

Push on Vento knob for 5 times using the PULSE function. Each PULSE must last 1 second.
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.
