It is a very simple recipe and it can be used to season salads, cereals, vegetables, legumes or dusted on a soup or pasta to flavor it.
The dressing must be kept in a jar; not only it is very pleasant and enriches our dishes with flavor, but it has an important nutritive power: this preparation has in fact been known for centuries in the oriental Japanese tradition as a fortifying condiment. Japan was a strict vegetarian country for eight centuries, by imperial edict, therefore it has developed a whole series of interesting alternative recipes to animal food.

It is useful to us when we limit certain foods and we want to make sure that we do not lack healthy fats, minerals, proteins and vitamins.
It can also be of interest to us in the case we want or we have to reduce salt, without giving up taste.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 5 gr Salt
  • 100 gr Sesame seeds
Preparation for 4 persons step

Toast in a pan, without oil and for a few minutes, sesame seeds and salt until you smell the scent.
Allow to cool.
Insert into Vento jar.

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Now press STOP to end the blending.
