Ginger contains water, carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids, various minerals including manganese, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, B vitamins, vitamin E and essential oil. This spice has many healing properties.
Combined with soy create this fresh mayonnaise, which will give an extra note to your dishes!

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 2 persons
  • 4 nr Yolks
  • 20 gr Soy sauce
  • 5 gr Ginger root
  • 90 gr Seed oil
  • 5 ml Lemon juice
Preparation for 2 persons step

Prepare all the ingredients:
20 g Soy sauce
5 g Ginger root
4 Yolks
90 g Seed oil
5 ml Lemon juice

Let's insert into the Vento jar:
Yolks: 4 nr
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 100 seconds at speed 10 (2200 Rounds Per Minute).
While Vento is blending remove the measuring filler cup from the lid and slowly add the 90 g seed oil to the yolks.
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Take the 5 g ginger root and grate it.

Then add it and some drops of Soy sauce into the Vento jar.
Soy sauce: 20 gr (0,7 Oz)
Ginger root: 10 gr (0,35 Oz)

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 20 seconds at speed 10 (2200 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.
