Pot Herbs enliven the flavour of classic focaccia, making a good accompaniment to the second or a tasty snack.

Ingredients for 6 persons
  • 5 gr Sugar
  • 25 gr Olive oil
  • 8 gr Salt
  • 170 gr Water
  • 350 gr White flour 00
  • 10 gr Brewer's yeast
  • 100 gr Pot herbs
Preparation for 6 persons step

Place into a bowl
Water: 170 gr (5,95 Oz)
Brewer's yeast: 10 gr (0,35 Oz)

Place into the Vento jar:
Salt: 8 gr (0,28 Oz)
Sugar: 5 gr (0,175 Oz)
White flour 00: 350 gr (12,25 Oz)
Pot herbs: 100 gr (3,5 Oz) previously chopped

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 30 seconds at speed 30
Now press STOP to end the blending.

From the cap pour water and yeast and Olive oil: 25 gr (0,875 Oz)

Blend for 30 seconds at speed 15
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Press the knob and pulse for two times for 2 seconds

Remove the dough from Vento, put it to rest in a warm place for at least an hour to allow proper rising.

Once you doubled in volume, place in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 °.
