- • 300 gr dried Fava beans
- • 20 gr Extra Virgin Olive oil
- • 3000 ml Water
- • 10 gr Salt
- • 10 gr pink Pepper
- • 4 nr Thyme twigs
- • 8 nr Pecten

In the meanwhile, prepare pectens.
Drain the fava beans and place them into Vento jar; add 200 gr (7 oz) of cooking water and add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the cream into soup dishes and place the pectens in the middle of the dish; season to taste with oil.
