Dried fruits are a source of unsaturated and healthy fats or minerals such as calcium and iron.
The dried fruits butter allows us to get a sauce, a real vegetable butter that once rested in the fridge allows us to obtain a real dip that can be used in several ways, to be spread or to be used for cooking.

Source of unsaturated fats, makes diets mostly vegetable-based richer and enriches them with taste and nutrients.
Some uses: in diets instead of butter or margarine; to stir in a risotto; spread on a slice of wholemeal bread, for snack, breakfast, healthy snack.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 150 gr Cashew
  • 150 gr Almonds
  • 5 gr Salt
  • 2 gr Sweet curry
  • 2 gr Turmeric
Preparation for 4 persons step
Heat the oven to 140 degrees.
Spread the fruit on a baking sheet in a single layer, until golden. Toast for 20 minutes.

Allow it to cool and then insert into Vento jar:
Almonds: 150 gr (5,25 Oz)
Cashew: 150 gr (5,25 Oz)
Salt: 5 gr (0,175 Oz)
Turmeric: 2 gr (0,07 Oz)
Sweet curry: 2 gr (0,07 Oz)
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.
Vento has to blend at speed 30 for 5 minutes
Blend until obtaining a smooth and creamy paste.

Help yourself with the stirrer stick if needed.
Now press STOP to end the blending.
Pour the cream into an airtight container and put in the fridge, where it can be stored for about a month.
