Flour: 220 gr
Egg: 4 nr
Milk: 500 ml (2 cups)
Butter: 40 gr (1,4 Oz)
Salt: 5 gr (0,175 Oz)
Grease a nonstick pan or the appropriate crepe maker, heat on the stove and pour a ladle of dough: to spread it evenly across the pan you can tilt and rotate the pan in order to distribute the mixture over the entire surface; be careful to be very quick in this step, as the mixture tends to cook quickly.
Cook the crepes for about 1 minute on medium-low heat; you can occasionally shake the pan to prevent the dough from sticking to the bottom. When it is lightly golden and the edges of the crepe come off slightly, turn it to cook it on the other side. Then transfer it to a serving dish, sliding it from the pan. Repeat the operation until the dough is finished.
