Ingredients for 2 persons
  • 50 gr Olive oil
  • 1 gr Salt
  • 400 gr Orange
  • 1 nr Cooking bag
  • 8 nr Crayfishes
  • 200 gr Fennel
Preparation for 2 persons step

Remove the shell from the crayfish, leaving the tail.
Salt the shrimp and place them in a cooking bag and place it on NOUN's lift
Noun has to cook for 3 minutes at 275°C ( 527°F).
Well done! Now push on COOKING button on NOUN display.
Set the temperature display.
Set on the display the desired cooking time.

While cooking the squids, peel the oranges to flesh and cut them into sections.
Clean the fennel and cut it into julienne and season it with salt and oil.

Take a dish, place the fennel in the middle of it.
Remove the crayfish from NOUN and lean on the fennel. Add the orange sections and decorate with the green part of the fennel.
Season with oil.
