A fast, fast-pattering dish, but great for your guests: an original way to cook fish! Squids and salmon a tasty mix of cooked and raw food!

Ingredients for 2 persons
  • 200 gr Salmon
  • 200 gr Squid
  • 80 gr Green salad
  • 40 gr Olive oil
  • 5 gr Salt
  • 5 gr Pepper
  • 5 gr Basil
  • 1 nr Cooking bag
Preparation for 2 persons step
Open the squid and notch a grid on one side to make it curl when cooked.
Noun has to cook for 3 minutes at 250°C.
Well done! Now push on COOKING button on NOUN display.
Set the temperature display.
Set on the display the desired cooking time.
While cooking the squids, take a dish and place some salad.
Cut the salmon, running the knife over the lean meat from the outside to the inside not to ruin it in order to obtain thin slices, then place them in rays on the dish.
Once cooked, lean the squids in the middle of the dish, over the salmon and the salad

Season with extra virgin olive oil and pepper and decorate with basil
