Different from the usual cheese fondue, this recipe is really tasty!

Ingredients for 4 persons
Preparation for 4 persons step

Put the cream to heat (do not boil, just hot, about 70°C).

Remove the crust from the cheeses and make cut into pieces.
Put the cheeses into Vento jar.

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend at speed 20 for 40 seconds
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Add 250 gr of cream and blend

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend at speed 20 for 1 minute and a half
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Add 250 gr of cream and blend

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Push on Vento Joystick for the PULSE function; keep it pushed for 3 seconds and repeat for 7 times

Add the remaining 500 gr of cream and blend

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend at speed 30 for 3 minutes
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Serve the hot fondue decorated with croutons.
