- • 700 gr Celeriac
- • 80 gr Parmesan Cheese
- • 25 gr Butter
- • 50 gr Milk
- • 2 nr Yolks
- • 5 gr Salt
- • 5 gr Pepper

Peel the celeriac, cut in pieces and boil into salted water for 15 minutes.
Then take the Parmesan cheese and place it into Vento jar.

Now press STOP to end the blending.

Celeriac: 700 gr (24,5 Oz)
Yolks: 2 nr
Butter: 25 gr (0,875 Oz)
Milk: 50 gr (1,75 Oz)
Salt: 5 gr (0,175 Oz)
Pepper: 5 gr (0,175 Oz)

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Now press STOP to end the blending.
