The cream of cashew nuts with red fruits is a very nourishing but light dessert, it does not contain sucrose and can be served in place of the mascarpone cream. Obviously it's different, but it is an excellent alternative for a healthy dessert that combines fruits, nuts, seeds and a touch of sweet given by vanilla and the maple syrup.

This recipe is with red fruits, but you can use any kind of fruit!

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 100 ml Water
  • 125 gr Raspberry
  • 40 gr Walnut
  • 20 gr Maple syrup
  • 5 gr Vanilla powder
  • 125 gr Blueberry
  • 200 gr Cashew
Preparation for 4 persons step

Soak the cashew nuts for two hours in cold water.

Soaking in water before blending is required to obtain a consistency similar to cream.
Drain the cashews and place in the jar.
Add the water and the vanilla powder.
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend at speed 60 (15000 RPM) for 1 minute.

Turning the knob, reduce the speed down to speed 30 (9000 RPM) for 30 seconds.
Now press STOP to end the blending.

The cashew cream is ready.
Pour it into finger food glasses, alternating with the red fruits.
Decorate with maple syrup and chopped walnuts and enjoy!
