The cream of cashew nuts with red fruits is a very nourishing but light dessert, it does not contain sucrose and can be served in place of the mascarpone cream. Obviously it's different, but it is an excellent alternative for a healthy dessert that combines fruits, nuts, seeds and a touch of sweet given by vanilla and the maple syrup.
This recipe is with red fruits, but you can use any kind of fruit!
To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.
- • 200 gr Cashew
- • 100 ml Water
- • 125 gr Raspberry
- • 125 gr Blueberry
- • 40 gr Walnut
- • 20 gr Maple syrup
- • 5 gr Vanilla powder
Soaking in water before blending is required to obtain a consistency similar to cream.
Add the water and the vanilla powder.
Pour it into finger food glasses, alternating with the red fruits.
Decorate with maple syrup and chopped walnuts and enjoy!
