  • 250 gr Vegetable broth
  • 140 gr Broccoli
  • 140 gr Courgettes
Preparation for 2 persons step

To prepare the green velvety, please take the boiled courgettes and broccoli and insert them into the Vento jar.
Add the vegetable broth.

Broccoli: 140 gr (4,9 Oz)
Courgettes: 140 gr (4,9 Oz)
Vegetable broth: 250 gr (8,75 Oz)

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 20 seconds at speed 2 (600 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 5 minutes (300 seconds) at speed 60 (15000 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.
