With its bright red colour and sweet strawberry flavour, this smoothie makes it easy to fit the long-neglected beet into your menu.

Note: to make this smoothie, beets must be boiled.

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 2 persons
  • 4 nr Beets
  • 300 gr Strawberries
  • 1 nr Lime
  • 500 ml Coconut water
Preparation for 2 persons step

Squeeze the lime juice and set aside.
Peel the beets and cook in boiling water or steamed.
Place into the Vento Jar:
-4 beets, cooked and peeled
-2 cups (500 ml) unsweetened coconut water
-300 g strawberries
- the lime juiced

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend at speed 50 for 50 seconds (13000 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.
