This dish made with beef meat and vegetables is perfect paired with the Vento recipe "Ginger & Soy Mayonnaise"

Ingredients for 2 persons
  • 20 gr Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 2 nr Cooking bag
  • 160 gr Belgian lettuce
  • 400 gr beef sirloin
  • 2 gr Salt
  • 2 gr Pepper
Preparation for 2 persons step

Let's prepare everything we need:
160 g Belgian lettuce
400 g Beef sirloin
20 g Extra virgin olive oil
2 g Salt
2 g Pepper


Now let's start with the recipe!
1. Take the lettuce and cut it in half
2. Season it with salt and extra virgin olive oil
3. Put it into the cooking bag
Push ON on NOUN display
Well done! Now push on COOKING button on NOUN display.
Set on the display the desired cooking time.
Set the temperature display.
Good, now press START on NOUN display.
NOUN emits 3 "bips". Please, keep CLOSE button pressed until the heating elements reach the food.
Place the cooking bag with the lettuce on the lift between the glass walls (heating elements) of Noun.

Noun is pre-cooking for 2 minutes at temperature 300°C (572°F).
While Noun is pre-cooking the lettuce, take the beef sirloin, clean it and obtain two slices.

Pre-cook is finished.
The glass walls automatically open and we can season the lettuce with pepper: open the plastic cooking bag and add pepper to taste.

Now we have to completely cook the lettuce.
Well done! Now push on COOKING button on NOUN display.
Set on the display the desired cooking time.
Set the temperature display.
Good, now press START on NOUN display.
NOUN emits 3 "bips". Please, keep CLOSE button pressed until the heating elements reach the food.

Noun is cooking for 3 minutes at temperature 300°C (572°F).

Lift moves up to take out the bag with the cooked lettuce.
Remove the bag from Noun and take out the lettuce from it. Place it on a plate.

Now let's take another cooking bag and place the 2 slices of meet into it, one next the other and add extra virgin olive oil to taste.
Well done! Now push on COOKING button on NOUN display.
Set on the display the desired cooking time.
Set the temperature display.
Good, now press START on NOUN display.
NOUN emits 3 "bips". Please, keep CLOSE button pressed until the heating elements reach the food.

Noun is cooking for 3 minutes at temperature 300°C (572°F).
While Noun is cooking the beef sirloin, let's prepare the "Ginger & Soy Mayonnaise" with Vento Smart Powerblender.

Lift moves up to take out the bag with the cooked beef sirloin.

Now take the cooked lettuce and the cooked beef sirloin.
Cut them, place them on a plate, add the
"Ginger & Soy Mayonnaise", serve and enjoy!
