The mango is a fruit that is grown in Asia, especially in India for over 4,000 years. This is an exotic fruit with excellent nutritional properties, and until now, have been cataloged about 400 species.
Mango is very rich of nutrients: water and many minerals, especially calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium and magnesium. What makes the mango the "king of fruits”, is the presence of lupeol (powerful antioxidant) and vitamins A , B (almost all the B vitamins, especially B6), C, D, E, J (or choline) and vitamin K.
So, start your day off right with a healthy flavored mango smoothie with basil !

To make this recipe, use VENTO Regular jar.

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 300 ml Water
  • 100 gr Basil
  • 350 gr Mango
Preparation for 4 persons step

Take the mango, peel and cut it.
Then insert into the Vento jar:
Basil: 100 gr (3,5 Oz)
Mango: 350 gr (12,25 Oz)
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 15 seconds at speed 20 (5400 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Remove the measuring filler cup from the lid and add:
Water: 300 ml (1,2 cups)
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Blend for 10 seconds at speed 15 (3400 Rounds Per Minute).
Now press STOP to end the blending.
