All the taste of the traditional Italian Parmigiana made at home with Noun

Ingredients for 2 persons
  • 5 ml Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 2 gr Salt
  • 100 gr "Cigliegino" Tomatoes
  • 2 gr Pepper
  • 2 gr Basil
  • 1 nr Cooking bag
  • 1 nr Aubergine
  • 100 gr Mozzarella cheese "cigliegina"
Preparation for 2 persons step

Prepare all the ingredients for the recipe:
Nr 1 aubergine
Gr 100 Mozzarella "cigliegina"
Gr 100 Tomato "cigliegino"
Basil for decoration
Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Nr 1 cooking bag
Cut the aubergine into two or more slices and notch the flesh on one side.
Insert the aubergine into the cooking bag and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Let cook it with Noun!

NOUN is cooking at 225 degrees for 4 minutes
While NOUN is cooking the aubergine, cut the small mozzarella "ciliegina" and the "cigliegino" tomato in half.

The aubergine is ready.
Remove it from the cooking bag carefully and season to taste with extra virgin olive oil.
Decorate with mozzarella, tomato and basil.
