A sweet apple and cinnamon sauce to be served with ice-cream, desserts and even meat dishes!

Ingredients for 6 persons
  • 2 gr powdered Cinnamon
  • 50 gr Water
  • 200 gr Apple
  • 25 gr Brown sugar
Preparation for 6 persons step

Wash the apple, cut it in 4 pieces and remove the seeds.

Place all the ingredients into Vento jar:
Apple: 200 gr (7 Oz)
Cinnamon: 2 gr (0,07 Oz)
Brown sugar: 25 gr (0,875 Oz)
Water: 50 gr (1,75 Oz)

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend for 20 seconds at speed 10
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend for 7 minutes at speed 60
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Pour the sauce into a jar and serve with your favourite dish.
