A tasty pie to share with friends and family!

You can also prepare it with plums or apricots instead of apples. If you change fruit, remind to use 240 gr instead of 300gr.

Ingredients for 6 persons
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 2 nr Egg
  • 300 gr Apple
  • 30 gr Butter
  • 2 gr Salt
  • 250 gr Milk
  • 70 gr Flour
Preparation for 6 persons step

Strip the apples and cut them into thin slices (about 1.5 cm).
If you prefer, you can quickly skip the apples in a pan with a little butter and sugar for a few minutes over medium heat. They must remain firm and crunchy.

Heat the oven to 200°C.

Meanwhile, put into Vento jar:
Flour: 70 gr (2,45 Oz)
Sugar: 100 gr (3,5 Oz)
Egg: 2 nr

Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend for 30 seconds at speed 5
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Add to the jar:
Salt: 2 gr (0,07 Oz)
Milk: 250 gr (8,75 Oz)
WARNING: ARE YOU SURE THE LID IS IN PLACE?
Well, now turn the knob and set the speed indicated in the following step.

Vento has to blend for 20 seconds at speed 7
Now press STOP to end the blending.

Prepare 8 porcelain baking molds (to be brought directly to the table); butter them and fill them with 3 or 4 apple slices.
Pour the mixture rather liquid into the molds up to 2-3 cm from the edge.
Put them in a baking dish, spaced from each other, and bake for 40 minutes. Lower the temperature to 180°C.

When cooked, sprinkle with a little brown sugar and pass under the grill.
Serve and enjoy!
